Terms and conditions

All products are made to order and will be processed and produced within 5-10 business days (Unique 1/1 products will be shipped within 3-5 business days within placement of order). We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of the product being produced. Allow up to 5 business days for orders placed within Europe to be delivered and up to 10-15 business days for orders placed outside of Europe. Customs processes sadly tend to take a lot longer outside of the EU from where our products are shipped from. 

Please observe that this could be altered by a number of factors beyond our control, e.g. placing an order on a holiday may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery time. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible.

Lika Studios does not bear any responsibilities for cases where the client has provided the wrong address. 

Shipping is complimentary, please note that this does not include customs or duty fees that could be added upon reaching the country of destination.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returns made of an order. 

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase (no returns on unique 1/1 products), if 14 days have passed since your purchase reached you, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

We do not claim responsibility for any damages, losses or errors made by the shipping courier. Any claims should be directed to the shipping company.

LIKA Studios are happy to provide free shipping world wide. If you would like to return a product please note that this is arranged at the customers own expense.
